Assassin’s Creed II
Assassin’s Creed was a beautiful box painted with impeccable finishes. A box with three buttons on pants for any treasure, since despite a graphics engine avant-garde for its time, the contents quickly revealed its emptiness and its mechanisms. In restoring the humanity of the killer, explaining his journey and its gestation, the designers have created a credible hero with which chemistry operates quickly.
Desmond, as for him, enjoys the “Bleeding Effect” knowledge acquired in the virtual reality machine which rubbed off on him. It is gaining confidence, and became an active role which does not suffer more or less events.
The nuance is that it lacked the protagonists.
The quality of writing is not foreign to this overall improvement. Family of Ezio to supporting roles that shoulder Desmond, the script develops the link between social and emotional characters.
Better, he attempted humor on several tables, either by falling cold or dialogues and peppers replica referenced. Assassin’s Creed took himself too seriously and became deeply annoying. The second opus takes the risk of being wrong.
Everything works well enough to give depth to the roles, confirm the impressions that is forged during the game.

AC2 consolidates the “real” and its virtual reconstruction with details that score. Other elements fall flat, lacking in impact, but they have nevertheless been attempted and the feeling is rather positive about the efforts.
Assassin’s Creed 2 is for gamers, and a wide audience of amateur action. And yet, he can go to meet his public, as it goes against him. We pass on some approximations Da Vinci historical and fictionalized events since AC2 sinks in fiction as well as in science fiction. This latter aspect is also more present and less clumsily brought in the previous episode.
In fact, AC2 is both highly imaginative and well documented, and that he will try to communicate these two facets in entertaining the player but also in the overwhelming sum of unexpected information. The collection of hidden objects has changed too. Exit flags by wheelbarrows, the only purely mechanical collection used once to complete a secondary character out of his silence, by accumulating the object of his mourning.

Similarly, the inclusion of an economic system is (in) directly to restore a decrepit villa, revitalize a dying town, and fulfill its armory of collectibles. It was therefore an opportunity to breathe between two contracts, with the micro-management and the gold-farming slightly obsessive.
