The Socialist Party calls on the Regionals
The Socialist Party calls on the Regional Government in the Assembly that meets the demands of forestry workers.
The regional deputy, Bartolome Soler, has filed a motion in the Regional Assembly which calls upon the Government of Valcarcel that meets the just demands of forest workers, to ensure quality work, prevention of fire and maximum safety in the performance of their duties.
Soler pointed out that forest fires are a serious problem, which every year produces significant, mortal gold, economic losses, environmental, and in many cases because of the loss of human lives.
The prevention and education with regard to forest fires, as in most natural disasters, are the best tool to tackle this problem.
"Remain vigilant"
According to the Socialist deputy public investment in agricultural policies that help to diversify the landscape, to promote clean-up on the, sto credits, mountain, a network firewall, points of water, forest tracks, control the use of fire in the burning of stubble and strict surveillance of the forest, in times of risk, are tasks in which public administrations can not "let our guard down."
"This demonstrated that an efficient detection within a program to combat the fire, ensures that the damage and, STO gold, costs are always lower extinction," he added in a press release.
Bartolome Soler manifest in relation to the strike call, now postponed, the measure stems from the lack of agreements to improve their safety by the expansion of the forestry staff of checkpoints in the months of highest risk.
"It appears that the mediation of the regional administration, blaming the economic crisis of this situation, has failed to resolve the dispute in question.
